George Richardson Donation Land Claim No. 38 in Section 2, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, in the
City of Tigard, County of Washington and State of Oregon, and more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at a point in the center of the County Road No. 997, North 45°4G' West 588.04 feet from the most Easterly corner of that
