A strip of land 15,00 feet in width, situated in the S. W. one-quarter'of Section '2, Township 2 South,
Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, being described as
follows-
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of Lot 43, North Tigardville Addition, a duly recorded
plat filed October 2, 1906 in B'ook 2, Page 27, Washington County Plat Records, said point being
further described as the most southwesterly corner of that property as described in Document
Number 2007-077109, Washington County Deed Records, thence tracing the southeasterly line of
said Lot 43 and the southeasterly line of said Document Number 2007-077109 N.45°00'30"E., 15.06
feet; thence leaving said southeasterly line and along a line that is parallel with and 15.00 feet easterly
of, when measured perpendicular to, the southwesterly line of said Document Number 2007-
077109, N.50°06'06"W.; 294.24 feet to a point on the southerly right of way line of S.W Grant
