The purpose of this form is to assess the impact of a proposed change to the project. This form is not a legal
contract change order or amendment. If the change is approved, a change order or amendment will be drafted
and will go through the formal approval process for the client and Tyler to execute the change.
The signatures at the end of this document acknowledge the desire to move forward with a change order or
amendment after a full assessment of the impacts of the change.
Description of Proposed Change
1) Project extension#5—extend the following project phase timelines:
o Enterprise Utility Billing(UB)-extend from April 2024 to September 2024(5 months)
o Enterprise Asset Management(EAM)—extend from April 2024 to August 2024(4 months)
o Enterprise Permitting&Licensing(EPL)—extend PM from April 2024 to January 2025(9 months)
o Enterprise Human Resource Management(HRM)(Personnel Actions&Management Self Service)—extend from April
2024 to Nov 2024(7 months)
o Engagement Management—extend from April 2024 to May 2025(12 months)
2) Provide quote for additional implementation,project&engagement management services. Refer to"Impact on Project
Budget"section.
3) Project Contingency: Reallocate 14.5 days from Financial unused implementation days(#182536). With remaining 2.5 days
from existing unused contingency(#182536),this will provide a total of 17 days for contingency.
4) Reallocate 3.5 days from Advanced Scheduling(#147467)implementation to EPL implementation days.
Impact on Project Scope
The project extension for the phase extensions will require additional implementation,project management and engagement
management services.
