TIGARD CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. 26- O 1
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARIE WALKIEWICZ AS AN AT-LARGE MEMBER TO THE WATER
ADVISORY BOARD REPRESENTING THE INTERESTS OUTSIDE OF THE CITY OF TIGARD BOUNDARY
WHEREAS, there was an At-Large vacancy on the Water Advisory Board;and
WHEREAS, the Water Advisory Board discussed applicants at their December 10, 2025 meeting
and identified finalists who were then interviewed by two City Councilors before making the
recommendation to the Mayor for appointment; and
WHEREAS, the recommendation from Tigard's Mayor is that the City Council appoint applicant
Marie Walkiewicz to fill the At-Large member vacancy on the Water Advisory Board to represent the
interests outside the city boundary.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Marie Walkiewicz is appointed to the Water Advisory Board as an At-Large
Member to fill a term that will expire December 31, 2027.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
