I don't see code compliance records for Highlander Knives and Swords&Soma Intimates. Except for Arc'Teryx,
everything on my end is showing compliance.

below, including the ones in red and Swarovski. I was able to confirm licenses within the system. Please let me

Hi Keith—can you help us out. The company that provides our lender with the code violations is saying they can't
remove tenants listed for non-payment of 2024 business licenses because the City of Tigard still has them in
violation.Again,this is for 2024. I have received many of them as proof they have paid and have forwarded to you

previously on 2/10/24. We believe all stores in black did get their 2024 business license because we have seen
it. All the stores in RED we did not receive a notice in 2024. I believe they were current(please advise).The only
one we have not gotten a response from is Swarovski.
This is a real time-sensitive issue for us and we are hoping you can address asap.

Hi Maria,
Thanks again for assembling all the business licenses for the zoning report.They've been provided to PZR, but there is
some disconnect between PZR and the City that is preventing the City's 2024 violations from being cleared.
Do you have a contact with the City who you can reach out to? Please see below for more information:
I've sent PZR the business licenses you have sent us multiple times now and have asked them to
remove the violation letters for the tenants where the license was provided, but they note that they can't
definitively remove it because they need confirmation from the City in order to remove the same.

We discussed the violation related to maintenance of Macy's garage and may have more follow up. However,just
discussing internally if that is best to approach via the anchor team before next steps. We'll keep you updated either
way.
