Records, and other lands, located in the Northeast One-Quarter of Section 2, Township 2 South,
Range 1 West,Willamette Meridian,City of Tigard,Washington County,Oregon,and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 2 of said plat,also being on the north right-of-way line of
SW Knoll Drive (25.00 feet from centerline); thence along said north right-of-way line North
82°02'40" West 139.83 feet;thence leaving said north right-of-way line North 00°41'38" East 2.02
