We recently received your code compliance request through our online system. We
appreciate your dedication to maintaining neighborhood livability in Tigard. At this time,
the property owner/occupant at 9905 SW MCKENZIE ST in Tigard been notified and
given 20 calendar days from the date of the letter to correct the problem.
If the problem persists beyond this timeframe, please contact us at
codecompliance@tigard-or.gov and reference record number DCC2025-0046. The city
has limited staff resources and is unable to investigate every complaint or to do field
inspections. It is important for you to contact us because if you do not do so we will
have no way of knowing that the code compliance issue continues.
