Thank you for the update. Since you have indicated that you do not intend to submit a request for land use
approval, does this mean that the church property will no longer participate in the Harvest Hosts program?

Dear Mr. Ross,
This is to follow up on our recent correspondence concerning alleged violations at Christ the King
Lutheran Church.
As I have explained previously, no violations of Tigard Municipal Code sections 6.02.010, 6.02.220,
6.02.250, 6.02.240, 6.02.230, 6.02.020, 6.02.150 ever existed on our property.
We maintain that there was and is no violation of 14.16.450. We will continue to gather evidence to
support our case.
We will not be pursuing a change in land use at this time.
Please contact me if you have any questions or need further clarification.
