As I have explained previously, no violations of Tigard Municipal Code sections 6.02.010, 6.02.220, 6.02.250, 6.02.240, 6.02.230, 6.02.020, 6.02.150 ever existed on our property. We maintain that there was and is no violation of 14.16.450. We will continue to gather evidence to support our case. We will not be pursuing a change in land use at this time.
