Thank you for returning my call.
I have just one other question I forgot to ask. Will someone from the City come and assess with their own
eyes that the allegations leveled against us are inaccurate before imposing any fines?
First of all, there is no transient camp,there is no 'stored junk', no garbage or waste outside of proper
collection bins, there is no debris around the property...we pick it up at least once a week.
We have worked with the officers regularly when there is a 'real'transient' on the property. We cannot
and will not post No Trespassing signs on a church property.
I just want to be perfectly clear about the mission of a church. We don't operate our ministry the same
way that commercial businesses operate.
Thank you again for your call. Please let me know when you will be coming to assess the alleged
violations.

debris creating a breeding ground for insects and rodents on your property(see attached).
Please obtain a trespass agreement with the Tigard Police Department, post No Trespassing
signage, and remove the prohibited transient camps and openly stored junk, garbage,waste, and
debris on your property. Please contact Tigard Police Officer's Brian Orth at 503-430-9057 or Jason
Tillotson at 971-253-9779 to coordinate removal of unwanted subjects from your property.
