Hi Andrew,
The signs you noticed for Harvest Hosts refer to a membership program that connects self-contained RV travelers
with private properties, such as wineries, farms, golf courses, and, in this case, a church, for short-term overnight
stays. Hosts typically allow members to park their RVs on-site in exchange for a small donation or purchase that
supports the host organization.
Because this use involves overnight accommodation and vehicle storage, it goes beyond the activities permitted
under the church's existing Conditional Use Permit(CUP).As such, participation in the Harvest Hosts program
would require the church to obtain land use approval, specifically a Major Modification (Type II)to their existing
conditional use,to ensure consistency with Tigard's development code and land use regulations.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Ken

Hi Andrew,
I just called and left a voice message. The respondents are disputing the claims regarding prohibited camping
on their property (see comments included below). Can you provide photos of the reported property which
demonstrate non-compliance? Please call me at 503-718-2581 to discuss.
Thank you for your continued patience and assistance.
Best regards,

Ken
This is an astonishing blind-side to us. We would like to schedule a meeting with you so that you can come to the church
and see for yourself that NONE of this is happening on our property. And, we ARE in compliance.
