Efrain,
I have previously forwarded you emails from Ken at the city of Tigard. I'm adding you to the thread so you
can provide the information he's looking for. Can you please respond to Ken with the requested pictures.
Thanks,
Viswesh

Good morning Viswesh,
Thank you for the update. I will share your offer with the complainant; however, they may or may not feel
comfortable doing so. Please note that they would need direct authorization from the property owner before
entering the property, otherwise they could be considered trespassing.
To avoid putting either party in a potentially confrontational situation,we typically require photos demonstrating
compliance instead of in-person visits.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Ken

Good afternoon Viswesh,
The complainant has requested additional evidence of compliance and is specifically asking for photos that
demonstrate adherence to the livestock provisions outlined in Tigard Municipal Code §6.02.630. To ensure we
have adequate documentation on file, please provide clear photos showing compliance with the following
requirements:
Livestock Care and Maintenance
• Evidence that animal feed is stored in lidded containers and managed so as not to become a nuisance (§
6.02.630(D)(1)(b)).
• Confirmation that any valid complaints related to vermin or noxious odors have been addressed (§
6.02.630(A)).
Livestock Facilities
• Photos demonstrating that livestock(chickens and ducks) are kept within a livestock facility that is in good
repair, safely contains the animals, and meets all size, fencing, and maintenance requirements (§
6.02.630(D)(2)(a—h)).
• Photos confirming that livestock are kept within a shelter during non-daylight hours (§6.02.630(D)(2)(d)).
• Photos showing the location of the shelters, including that they are at least five feet away from all lot lines
or public access easements (§6.02.630(D)(2)(e)).
Food Storage and Waste Management
• Photos documenting proper storage of feed, waste removal practices, and any measures taken to prevent
rodent attraction or harborage.
Providing this documentation will help us demonstrate compliance and address the concerns raised by the
complainant.
Please respond at your earliest convenience with the requested materials. If you have any questions, feel free to
