I followed up with the complainant. 2. I spoke with respondent Viswesh Bhat(phone:507-401-1714).He agreed to Ken Ross 11/10/2025 10:00 am address the reported concerns and email photos which demonstrate compliance. 3. Complainant Elizabeth Newton(email:thebazile@comcast.net)emailed follow-up Ken Ross 11/10/2025 11:29 am questions. I responded. 4. I spoke with complainant Liz Newton(phone:503-318-1391). She agreed to Ken Ross 11/10/2025 11:45 am provide photos and documentation which demonstrates non-compliance. 5. I texted the respondent,who provided photos of their property demonstrating Ken Ross 11/17/2025 9:18 am compliance with the livestock facility setback.I also exchanged emails with the complainant,Liz,who reported ongoing rodent activity observed by her tenants and shared her observations regarding conditions on the respondent's property. I acknowledged receipt of Liz's information and advised that I will follow up on the concerns she raised.Next steps include reviewing the respondent's photos, assessing whether additional evidence is needed to link rodent activity to potential code violations,and determining if a follow-up inspection is warranted. 6. I responded and informed the complainant that the respondent agreed to contract a rodent abatement specialist and provided documentation which demonstrates compliance. 8. Complainant Liz called and left a voice message with additional concerns.I Ken Ross 11/18/2025 3:24 pm emailed the respondent Viswesh and requested that he address the additional concerns.I emailed the complainant and indicated that we would require that the respondent provided documentation and photos which demonstrate compliance. 9. Ken Ross 12/2/2025 1:32 pm Respondent reported contracting with a pest control service,confirmed upcoming follow-up treatment,and stated that the tenant is in the process of reducing livestock to four chickens in accordance with guidance provided.Respondent indicated willingness to discuss matters limited to code compliance and noted that photos demonstrating compliance had been sent,though they were not received and have been requested again. Complainant provided additional updates regarding observed rodent activity, livestock conditions,and requested a site meeting with the property owner. Informed complainant that follow-up information from the respondent had been received and that photos would be shared once available.Continued to provide guidance and maintain communication with both parties. 17.
