We received the traffic control plan, which discusses the dates for road closures but nothing for sidewalks. Can you please help us locate this information regarding potential sidewalk closures? Are there daily logs of the progress of the project that might contain this information? I sincerely appreciate all of your help. We just need any information that shows whether or not the sidewalk was closed on January 15, 2024. The force majeure clause requires the contractor to notify the city in writing of any delays due to weather, etc. The construction on SW 135th Ave. was supposed to begin on January 15, 2024, but a winter storm caused a delay. I am trying to find any correspondence from the contractor notifying the city of this delay as required in the contract. I believe that was encompassed in our prior request but I do not see this communication. Can you help with this or can you point me to someone who can?
