Thanks for the discussion this morning.
I wanted to follow up with an email while things are still fresh in my mind.
In regards to the work on Walnut and 135th. This is the schedule we are shooting for:
Jan 2-5 No work on 135th & Walnut. Lindsay needs door hanger info by Jan 3rd (I think she has already been in contact about what she needs)
Jan 8-12 -Set up traffic control and perform erosion control on Walnut & 135th
Jan 15-19 -Potholing, Sawcutting and other preliminary work to set up for piping activities on Walnut & 135th.
Jan 22 - Commence Tie in on Walnut, this will be followed by installing pipe up 135th.
To do this Emery will need to have traffic control plan approved.
My understanding is Emery should receive the latest comments back sometime today.
Currently I believe you are verifying with Amanda that the comments that still need to be addressed are:
1. adding some signage on Bull Mountain Road (do I have the right road) notifying people that 135th is closed.
We discussed instead of placing signs Emery could place 2 message boards at the locations previously identified (on Bull Mountain Rd?).
If we add this info to traffic control plan and there are no other comments that need to be addressed then we will have a traffic control plan that is ready and approved by City (Consor
will still need to sign off but since they developed it I don't anticipate any issues).
Lindsay would like you to upload the new plan to Washington County. Her concern is if the Washington County traffic control inspector comes out and sees a TCP that is different than
what they have on record, then it may cause some issues. She would like to avoid any issues and have the most current plan on file with Washington County.
Let me know if I have captured anything incorrectly.
