Subject: Noise Complaint at Tigard

Tenants at Tigard Towne Square,
We received a written complaint at Tigard noting excessive noise disturbance by delivery trucks on the
property during the early morning hours of 3 - 4 am waking and bothering the neighbors. Currently we just
received a notice but will be charged if the noise complaints continues.
Can you please talk to your staff and delivery drivers ( if it applies) and make sure they understand the
importance of the noise restrictions we have on the property from 10 pm - 7 am each and every day.
Anchor tenant's below are the store numbers of your store at Tigard in Tigard OR. Please let the store know
about the noise disturbance above.
