I stopped by the property today and took a look at the area behind the address noted in the complaint; I want to confirm that the pile of branch debris is what constitutes the noted rubbish/offensive waste/nuisance. ?? If so, I will have this removed by our landscapers and provide a follow-up photo once complete.
