Good afternoon,
I received the attached complaint yesterday (although the notice date is 6/5/24) regarding "scattering rubbish,"
"offensive wastes" and "nuisances" affecting public health.
I stopped by the property today and took a look at the area behind the address noted in the complaint; I want to
confirm that the pile of branch debris is what constitutes the noted rubbish/offensive waste/nuisance. ?? If so, I will
have this removed by our landscapers and provide a follow-up photo once complete.
Do these complaints get reviewed by the city before they go out?This seems rather ridiculous.
