Hi Ken,
Thanks for your help today. Here is the letter that I wrote to Scott the property manager at the end of
February. I did forget to mention that one of their trees is growing into our fence and the fence is starting
to come down.We are hoping that you can help us with that as well. Pictures are on there way in another
email.Again, thank you.
Vicki Saito
Dear Scott or Property Management Team,
We are new home owners at 11469 SW Gabriel Street, Tigard. We bought our home late last August and
were told that the tree branches that are stacked behind the Douglas firs were going to be removed. We
have been here for 6 months now and nothing has changed.
In a few short months the warmer weather will be upon us and these tree branches will be an extreme fire
hazard. The entire neighborhood is at risk as well as the risk to people's lives. Not to mention that they
are an eyesore. I'm perplexed as to why they were not removed as they were being cut?
There is also a tree that is either growing or sliding down and breaking apart our fence. We have been told
that this was also mentioned to you. It's not getting better and the longer you wait to remove it the more
the repair work on the fence will cost your company.
As managers of this land please let us know when you expect to take care of these issues. My husband
and I try to be good stewards of our community and our earth, we hope you do as well.
Sincerely,
Vicki and Mike Saito
