Thanks for checking in. Upon further review and coordination with the Planning Division,the City determined,
based on satellite imagery dating back to 2014(see image included below),that the reported accessory structure
(shed) is considered existing nonconforming.Therefore,there are no code violations and no requirement to
remove the shed.

Hello, referencing Code Compliance dcc2025-0036, my neighbor at 11715 Southwest Burlcrest Drive
was requested to move a building that is too close to the fence by October 28th.Today is October 30th
and there's been no action taken by the resident.
I also noticed there has been an electrical line now run into the building that was not there before.
