During our conversation we reviewed photos from the Tigard Maps system that confirms that the shed had been on the property since 2014, and you had purchased the property in April 2025. WA County Assessment and Taxation also confirms that the property was purchased in 2025.The shed is considered a nonconforming structure, and it cannot be expanded or modified in any way that increases its noncomformity, which means that the existing footprint cannot increase eastward in any way. Can you please describe what type of work was done on the shed?
