Repairing damaged crawl space vents to prevent rodent entry, removing some dirt outside to prevent flooding in crawl space, replace crawlspace liner clean up rodent feces and replace heat duct insulation. At a later date do repairs to siding that is starting to rot. At a later date replace eve troughs that are starting to rust out.
