Good Afternoon Diane,
Thank you for the follow-up.
As noted in my previous email, we have investigated the reported concerns. Based on the information and photos
provided by the property owner, the work performed appears to be primarily cosmetic in nature and does not require
permits. However, if you have evidence indicating otherwise—particularly regarding structural, electrical, plumbing, or
mechanical work—please feel free to share it with us for further review.
Regarding your concern about a potential cannabis operation, please note that we cannot preemptively enforce code
requirements. If a business does begin operating at the residential property, please notify us so we can investigate and
take appropriate action if necessary.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call me at 503-718-2581.
Best regards,
Ken

FYI: concerns discussed last month are still concerning. No building permits posted, although lots of renovations,
including the enclosed room in the garage. Other than no permits to our knowledge, the meter on the side Of the house
was taken off and replaced with same or not?
Hopefully, the city will find tge time to follow up, and be aware of the impending cannabis operation.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Diane Rice
