I am unaware of any freezing of building operations.The reported property owners have visited the permit center and
have been involved in providing evidence of compliance to the Planning and Building Divisions.
All of this information is a matter of public record, as is all communication with the City regarding this property,

The buyer of this house has informed a neighbor that the city has froze his building operations at both this address as
well as the other he lives at 11715 sw Summercrest loop. For 15 days he states? That he called me my name (given to
him by the City). Is that ethical!??Also, that the City will be mailing all neighboring homes in our neighborhood asking if
we want a cannabis business here. It's my understanding that a business should be run with a permit and not in a
residential neighborhood. Legal or not.As far as 11715 SW Burlcrest Dr nothing stopped.The shed is being enclosed now
I've heard.
What is really going on? Does the City uphold residential restrictions?
