3. Planning reported that respondent Jess Donovan visited the Permit Center in Ken Ross 6/17/2025 5:39 pm
response to the code compliance notice. Respondent admitted to a change of use
at the reported property and having completed some trade work.Planning
provided an HOP application to respondent.
4. We received email correspondence from respondent Greg Anthony(email: Ken Ross 6/18/2025 9:59 am
pfs.greg@gmail.com)disputing the claims made regarding his property.I
responded and requested photos which demonstrate compliance.

indicating that the work appears to be covered,making it difficult to verify permit
requirements.No further action will be taken unless future evidence of
non-compliance is received. I also noted that no business activity is currently
evident, but if a business is operated in the future, it will require City approval and
a business license.Complainant emailed and requested an update. I responded
that unless we receive supporting evidence of non-compliance,we will not be
taking further enforcement action.
8. Complainant Diane Rice(email:crab071850@icloud.com)emailed a follow up Ken Ross 7/2/2025 1:29 pm
expressing concerns regarding the reported property. I responded and requested
that she provide evidence of code violations.

regarding the photos he sent,requesting confirmation that he doesn't need
permits.

concerns regarding the reported property. I responded with an update indicating
they provided evidence demonstrate compliance and applied for a home
occupation permit.I invited her to provide evidence which demonstrates
non-compliance.
