Ken,
I don't know if you are the right person to report this to or not, but I don't know that there is anything the
police can do and I don't want to waste anyone's time. Mike and I were just outside (around 10pm)
checking that tools were put away and everything was locked up and we saw a man dressed in dark
clothing with a dark hat walk briskly by and dart into the property behind us along our back fence. We
went to investigate and when we asked if we could help him we realized it was Roger Pothoff. He was
quite confrontational and said he had the property owner's permission to be there. I texted the property
owner to make sure and she told me he was setting out bait (in the boxes I showed you that are placed
directly on the other side of the fence from our bait stations) and removing it early in the morning so the
squirrels don't eat it. We have felt unsafe on our property for years due to Roger's behavior, but this has
me at a new level of uneasiness.
Shortly after the city told Roger we were in compliance with his 2015 complaints and we had to have our
attorney send him a cease and desist because he was scaring the kids taking photos and videos every
time we were outside, we lost our entire flock over the course of maybe a month, one or two at a time,
with no prior signs of illness and no evidence of a predator attack. We had suspicions of someone
tossing poison over the fence, but no proof. The fenceline he was on is directly behind our coop/goat
house. I went back out a bit later to check with a flashlight and make sure I didn't see any bait/poison
tossed over the fence, but this feeling that I have to do that every night is just not okay. I am fine with him
helping them set traps, but I do not have a good feeling about how that is happening after tonight. I am
scared for my animals that I know he wants gone.
Again, I apologize if this is not something you are able to help with.... I just don't know who to go to or
what to do here. I appreciate your time either way.
Kindly,
Elizabeth

Ken,
I am attaching some photos here of what we cleaned up. It's more than you and I talked about, but let
me know if you see anything else that needs further attention.
Kindly,

Thank you Ken, it was nice to meet you today and put a face to the name. Today after you left we
cleaned up the larger pieces of bark where the wood pile used to be and covered the area with wood
chips. We also cleaned up any wood pieces throughout the yard and added them to the wood pile. We
cleaned up most of the construction materials that were out in the open other than the ones for the
greenhouse (I will get that permit ASAP) and the chainlink(next on the list.)We will continue to do
whatever we can to be in compliance with Tigard City codes.
I appreciate the links for the council meetings, I reviewed the ones mentioning our address and will be
calling into the next one as well as sending in some written testimony from myself, neighbors, etc. I
also submitted a records request for this case.
I am attaching the most recent summaries from our Axiom pest control technicians. I spoke with all of
them in person while they were here so not everything discussed is in the summaries, but it does show
that we have been working with them to do our part in eliminating any rodent/pest population.
My husband also spoke on the phone with Tanner, one of Marty's sons two houses down that I believe
was on your list to visit today, and it sounds like they have plans to do some cleanup Friday and will be
adding a metal frame and maybe some other recycling/garbage to our trailer to go to the dump.
Again, it was great to meet you today, I really appreciate your time and guidance on how we can make
sure we are complying with Tigard City codes.

Of course. Not sure how the photos show over-feeding.The birds are surrounding the water container
and no food is shown outside their enclosure. Other than the goat in the hay container, lot, but that
has been moved inside the run as well. The trapped rodent is not on our property so not sure how
that's proof either.
Regardless, we are still doing whatever we can to make sure we are not the cause. Thank you.

Hi Ken,
I received the complaint via mail today. Per our phone conversation last week I have scheduled a
pest control company to come out.Axiom Pest Control will be here Thursday, August 26th to do an
initial treatment. We will be doing their 18 month program which has them come out for the initial
treatment, again about 4 weeks later and then every three months ( a total of 7 treatments.)
II
I am attaching the service agreement to show you that it is scheduled and what their treatment
` covers, but I will send the invoice after I get it for the initial treatment.
Thank you for your time,
