Thank you Ken, it was nice to meet you today and put a face to the name. Today after you left we cleaned
up the larger pieces of bark where the wood pile used to be and covered the area with wood chips. We
also cleaned up any wood pieces throughout the yard and added them to the wood pile. We cleaned up
most of the construction materials that were out in the open other than the ones for the greenhouse (I
will get that permit ASAP) and the chainlink(next on the list.)We will continue to do whatever we can to
be in compliance with Tigard City codes.
I appreciate the links for the council meetings, I reviewed the ones mentioning our address and will be
calling into the next one as well as sending in some written testimony from myself, neighbors, etc. I also
submitted a records request for this case.
I am attaching the most recent summaries from our Axiom pest control technicians. I spoke with all of
them in person while they were here so not everything discussed is in the summaries, but it does show
that we have been working with them to do our part in eliminating any rodent/pest population.
My husband also spoke on the phone with Tanner, one of Marty's sons two houses down that I believe
was on your list to visit today, and it sounds like they have plans to do some cleanup Friday and will be
adding a metal frame and maybe some other recycling/garbage to our trailer to go to the dump.
Again, it was great to meet you today, I really appreciate your time and guidance on how we can make
sure we are complying with Tigard City codes.

Of course. Not sure how the photos show over-feeding. The birds are surrounding the water container
and no food is shown outside their enclosure. Other than the goat in the hay container, lol, but that has
been moved inside the run as well. The trapped rodent is not on our property so not sure how that's
proof either.
Regardless, we are still doing whatever we can to make sure we are not the cause. Thank you.
Elizabeth.

Hi Ken,
I received the complaint via mail today. Per our phone conversation last week I have scheduled a pest
control company to come out. Axiom Pest Control will be here Thursday,August 26th to do an initial
treatment. We will be doing their 18 month program which has them come out for the initial treatment,
again about 4 weeks later and then every three months ( a total of 7 treatments.)
I am attaching the service agreement to show you that it is scheduled and what their treatment
covers, but I will send the invoice after I get it for the initial treatment.
Thank you for your time,
Elizabeth

Service Notes: Inspected exterior perimeter. We discussed the
feeding change you have already said you did by not leaving feeders
full of food out all day and night. We discussed the water tub and
having it emptied each evening. This will greatly help the stress of the
rodents as they will need to find another source. Additional bait
stations were added today around the farm animals in the back yard.
We will have a 2 week follow up to check the activity and to determine
if the rodents have been stressed with the changes we discussed. The
bait stations on the property were both empty of bait while servicing
today. They were refilled.

Service Notes: Thank you for choosing Axiom, we appreciate your
business. Today I checked all bait stations. All the ones toward the back of
the fence line were empty, the one in front of the house was untouched
its \ which makes sense due to majority of food source being in the back.
Repositioned that one toward the back. The one directly next to the
chicken coup was mildly touched, although we will keep that one there for
the rodents who might still be activity seeking the coup feed. Moved the
one in front and a new bait box to the back fence line since that is where
they are emptying the rodent boxes. Lots of progress to be scene since
the bird pool has been empty for about 2 weeks, and The feed only goes
out twice a day while the animals finish it completely. We will be back out
In 2 weeks to check the rodent boxes, If the back rodent boxes are
completely empty like they were today, we may need to switch to once a
week.
