Random inspections of the property by code enforcement staff do not support infestation, noxious smells or food sources that would attract vermin. If you can show current examples of code violations, please work with Ken Ross and the city's code enforcement process to investigate. I hope you will also consider using the city's free dispute resolution services with your neighbors. The Center for Mediation and Dialogue can be reached at mediationa,,beavertonoregon.gov or by phone at 503-526-2523. They provide free and confidential services to all Tigard residents and have successfully provided mediation, facilitation and conflict resolution education. It is my hope that they can help neighbors find common ground and peaceful communications. Respectfully, Jason Jason B. But rather it is about a rat infestation. See TMC Chap 6.02.15. DISCLAIMER: E-mails sent or received by City of Tigard employees are subject to public record laws.
