Most of the reported livestock were contained in a pen/caged area, food was stored in secured areas and rodent bait/traps were deployed throughout the property. The major concerns identified during the inspection were openly stored construction materials, which may be considered junk and pose a potential safety hazard, as well as scattered debris around the property. Respondent Elizabeth Sprague (email: sprague.liz@gmail.com / phone: 503-962-0486) emailed an update following my inspection and reported the following: "Today after you left we cleaned up the larger pieces of bark where the wood pile used to be and covered the area with wood chips. We also cleaned up any wood pieces throughout the yard and added them to the wood pile. We cleaned up most of the construction materials that were out in the open other than the ones for the greenhouse (I will get that permit ASAP) and the chainlink (next on the list.) We will continue to do whatever we can to be in compliance with Tigard City codes." Ms. Sprague provided bi-weekly property inspection summaries from her exterminator and indicated that she intends to provide testimony at the next City Council meeting. I ,,. �11 s _ Code Compliance Inspections Conducted at 11650, 11770 and 11890 SW Ann St in Tigard on 3-16-2022 On 3-16-2022, I conducted a site visit, took photos, emailed and spoke with property owner Marty Parsons (phone: 503-590-5905 / email: mpar16@comcast.net) regarding the reported code violations associated with her property. She agreed to comply and indicated that cleanup would occur this weekend. I also sent out a code compliance notice which provides a required timeframe for compliance. He agreed to remove the openly stored junk and debris and informed me that he has plans to install a garage door. I will follow up with a code compliance notice with a required timeframe for compliance.
