of her property.The major concerns identified today are openly stored
construction materials,which may be considered junk and create a potential
safety hazard,and scattered debris around your property. Following my site visit,
I emailed the respondent and requested clean-up of scattered debris,openly
stored construction materials and that she obtain a permits as soon as possible.

the property.

inspection and reported the following: Today after you left we cleaned up the
larger pieces of bark where the wood pile used to be and covered the area with
wood chips.We also cleaned up any wood pieces throughout the yard and added
them to the wood pile.We cleaned up most of the construction materials that were
out in the open other than the ones for the greenhouse(I will get that permit
ASAP)and the chainlink(next on the list.)We will continue to do whatever we
can to be in compliance with Tigard City codes.

fence line near chicken coop/goat pen and expressed concerns about potential
harm to her livestock. I spoke with her and forwarded her concerns to city
management.

photos of dead rodents.Mayor responded that there was no evidence provided
which shows a connection between the dead rodents and the respondent's
property. He advised Mr.Potthoff to submit evidence of code violations to Code
Compliance.

cause a rodent infestation.

creating a breeding ground for rodents.-Respondent emailed an update.
26. Complainant reported an accessory dwelling unit installed at the reported Ken Ross 8/6/2025 7:56 am
property. I conducted a site inspection and observed a livestock facility,occupied
by a goat,rather than an accessory dwelling unit at the reported property.
27. CWS reported responding to a complaint regarding the reported property. I Ken Ross 8/7/2025 2:14 pm
responded and notified CWS that I did not find the livestock facility accessory
structure to be in violation.
28. I followed up with respondents.They will be emailing photos which demonstrate Ken Ross 8/28/2025 2:00 pm
compliance.
