Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call.

Call for comments from the public.
6:10 PM 4.Bagan Wetland Park Update
Jillian Pfeifer, Public Works/Engineering Project Manager, will provide a presentation on
the status of development plans for Bagan Wetland Park.
6:35 PM 5. Public Works Department Communication Update
Public Works Community Engagement Assistant, Payton Stang, will provide information
on upcoming Public Works programs and activities of interest to the Park and
Recreation Advisory Board.
6:45 PM 6. Parks and Recreation Manager Update
Parks, Recreation, and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen, will provide updates on
park related policies, programs, and projects of interest.
7:00 PM 7. Recreation Update
Update, overview, and future Recreation offerings from Kaitlyn Leaf, Recreation Program
Coordinator, Justin More, Recreation Program Specialist, and Melissa Heine, Recreation
Administrative Specialist II.
7:10 PM 8.Park Update
Projects and operations update from Park Supervisors, Martin McKnight and Greg Stout.

Parking lot from prior PRAB meetings for further discussion at a later date:
• Park policy/rules – trail safety; drone use.
• Park policy – maintaining the integrity and existing footprint of parks; protect park
assets from being monetized to outside interest/uses
• Support for Trail System funding strategy.
