Exemptions from permit requirements.The following signs and operations do not require a sign permit but must comply with all other applicable regulations of this chapter and Subsection 18.435.060.B: 2. Signs not oriented or intended to be legible from a right-of-way, other property, or the air; Washington Square Rd is actually a private street and thus is not considered "right-of-way".The sign also is not intended to be legible from other properties or the air and is not oriented toward Greenburg Rd.
