temporary structural permit.Jerry sounded confident that he will be able to meet the requirements to obtain the

Hi Jerry,
I received your voice message.You will need to submit a cover letter from a structural engineer which describes the
conditions of the failing decks,the temporary work you did to ensure that the deck loads remain supported,the
estimated timeline for repair, and what will ultimately need to be done to repair the failing decks.Attached is a
commercial building permit application. Please submit the cover letter from the structural engineer with the completed
commercial building permit application to tigardbuildingpermits@tigard-or.gov.
If you have any additional questions regarding what needs to be submitted, please call our commercial plans examiner

I am aware of the time frame in which you need your permits,however,as you can see below the City is
requiring more information that is not easily accessible,but we are working on it.
I completely understand why the City wants what it wants, and we are working on obtaining this for you.
However,I am not sure the deadline will be met. Is there a way to achieve an extension?

It looks like the city wants us to bring in an engineer for these permits draw plans for the shoring.
Do you or Forensics have a set of the as built plans (building plans). If Forensic is working on the scope of repair they
may have a copy.
If its ok, I can reach out to Jerry or Gabe at Forensics to see if they have a set.
