Hello, I am a guest at the Extended Stay America Tigard/Lake Oswego hotel and on 7/29/21 our power went out for about 4 hours and caused our smoke alarm to malfunction. The landlord/hotel manager during June/July 2021,Tom, had the maintenance worker come inside our room and remove it from the wall, and we still have not gotten it back In Sept I spoke with the manager Christina, and she said she would bring us an alarm,yet she never followed through. Prior to this, I had asked several different staff members to bring us our alarm, but this request along with other maintenance requests were not followed up on. In Dec we asked a front desk worker to bring us our alarm, he attempted to put one on our wall, but it was not the correct fit, and we never got a follow up. This is one of many issues we've experienced here. I sent an Email to the new manager on Sat afternoon, requested our smoke alarm and have still not heard back. There is no regard for our safety here, and staff doesn't seem to have any safety training or understanding of safety importance. 13009 SW 68th Parkway,Tigard, OR, 97113 I booked a studio rental and my rental agreement is from 02/01/2021-02/01/22, I booked this reservation through a 3rd party site,Apartment Hunters, on Craigslist.
