Ken,
Just left you a voicemail.Wanted to give you another update on the code compliance at Manchester.
• ADA sidewalk compliance has been finished
• Hazardous tree removal will be completed this Friday
• We are currently receiving bids on the staircase and won't know the timeframe of completion until
we have them
O 2x companies are coming out tomorrow to inspect the project
O 1x company will be coming out on September 2nd

and repairs to be conducted. If you're not planning to replace the staircase,we would need a letter from a structural
engineer stating that the staircase is still capable of supporting the load it was designed to carry.

Ken,
I wanted to give you an update.The ADA sidewalk compliance has been complete. Please see attached photos.
Tree removal is scheduled for the last week of August.
We have still had some issues with contacting the original engineers that were supposed to redo our staircase. We

do have some photos to show you whether or not it needs to be replaced. It looks like a car had run into it at some
point, but it doesn't seem to have compromised the integrity of it. Please advise.
