Ken,
We had a repair crew to take care of the flooded parking lot today. There was a tree root that crushed the
drainage pipe from the parking lot, preventing water from flowing. That should be completed and crew
will be sending a team back out to resurface the area.
The sidewalks have been either grind down or filled to prevent trip hazards. I sent you photos of the
completed work on September 26th, 2024.
I'm not sure as to where the water is leaking or drains are clogged. That is very vague and doesn't help us
fix the problem. If they notify the manager, then we will get that taken care of immediately. I can assure
you, water problems are the last thing I want to wait on. It just creates bigger problems in the future.
I walked the property on Monday with the management company and the grounds looked clean.Again,
I'm not sure what trash they were finding, but we will pick it up once we know where it is.
As for the rats roaming the grounds, I spoke with the manager and he says that he has not seen any rats
on the property. We do have squirrels that roam around from tree to tree. I'm not sure if that's what the
tenant saw.We do have a pest control company come out once a month to lay out bait traps for rodents
as a preventative measure.
If I can address any of these concerns, we could hop on a phone call and work out the issues.
Thanks,
John

The parking lot is flooded. I can't access my car. The sidewalks are broken& a trip hazard. Repair
requests are going unanswered. Water is leaking and drains are clogged. Trash is not being picked up
and rats are roaming the grounds.
