Ken,
Hello. Just a quick and final follow up regarding the above noted compliance record.
No noted trash service.Auto repair business appears to be operating again though on a smaller scale.
Granted I do not have cameras on the house or am surveilling the house. However, since our last writing,
I have seen tow trucks there a few times. But that's all I can say.
I will cease and desist any further actions on my part with that house.
It has come to my knowledge that when my name is spoken, it is directly related to the Wilson house.
And not in a way that I would find flattering. I found it to be most shocking.
So there's a lot of controversy and a lot of lying and deceit. And I will no longer be a part of it.
Though I will always be grateful for you, Ken.You have been nothing but kind. And you do your job damn
well. And I respect that and you.
Respectfully, most respectfully, Margaret O'Brien

Ken,
Good morning
1
The only difference that I / neighbors can see is that the cars have been less. Specifically, the breaking
down &working on them at all hours. Additionally, there has not been any transports of vehicles.
Trash etc is still an issue: no service
Naomi has attempted to obtain photos however Tevis has installed additional cameras. I'm not too
comfortable going over 6804 any more as there is a camera pointed directly.
It's been relatively quiet until last night and through the early morning. Lots of activity in the back yard
and the street until 5am.
Again tonight. Naomi called in tonight for patrol.
I passed JD-James Faulkner this afternoon as I was leaving for a meeting. First I've seen him in a while.
Karla —this may be more for you. Apologies Ken. It's late. No sleep last night. My dog was on high alert
every 30 minutes. I have a 6 am alarm so thought I'd share
Oh Ken... 6817 is being vacated. what's next has to be better... right?3 yrs to dispose of the
mattress AND first time in 8 years trash barrels are not tipped over in the street... daily
You two have a lovely day. I pray that we all survive. Sad and scary to have discussed keeping my tittles
out of school on a day when we should be proud.
Personally I'm not thrilled about being downtown for a three hour meeting.
Take care and best to you,
Margaret

Subject: Non compliance
Hi Ken,
As of this writing none of the codes have been addressed.

I don't know who's getting the mail there if anyone. Have you looked into who is paying the taxes on
the house?Would it be James Dean Faulkner? That is Sherry Wilson's oldest son. That is whom the
House is willed to.
I hope we can find some resolution with this property soon.To find someway to declare a nuisance.
As always, I greatly appreciate what you do and the diligence and dedication you put forward.
Respectfully,
Margaret O'Brien
