As you are aware of the on going issues regarding this address and the multiple times I've filed code
compliance complaints, I had been reluctant to file anything further based on the fact that the house is
owned by a deceased person.
Under the advisement of officer Kary Gregson I/we have been asked to follow through with anything we
can.
That being said; my eyes are crossed trying to navigate your website. In the past you have been gracious
enough to take the itemized complaints via email and work your magic.
Some are repeat complaints from 2021.
NCC-debris, rubbish, unhealthy.
NCC-garbage and waste
NCC-inoperable vehicles and parts
NCC-noises-prohibited
NCC-odor
NCC-HCC- open storage of junk
NCC-trash containers maintenance— no trash zero
BC-fire safety
BC-materials
BC-safety hazard
HCC-vermin
HCC-non city coded garage wood stove in use -/ note last filing 2021
HCC-hazmat
HCC-chimney in use -/note last filing 2021
Additionally, Open storage of vehicles. Operating unlicensed automotive repair, body workshop.
Operating unlicensed automotive sales. Noise pollution after 10 PM working on said automotive repair
and bodywork.
Improper care and removal of dog waste. Upwards of nine dogs on the property. Yes animal control is
involved with this to a degree but they are very difficult to work with. But they do not have trash service at
this property and they simply blow all the dog poop into that back corner,which was previously known in
the 2021 filing as the The rat pile. All that debris plumes up over the house in the neighborhood directly.
As always, I appreciate you so much. I honestly don't know what I would do without you. If this is too
much to ask of you,just let me know. I'll try and find some 13-year-old to navigate the system for me.
