indicated that she is working with a non-profit Catalyst
(https://www.catalystnw.org/)to received assistance with the fence repair and
should know within a couple weeks if she's approved for assistance.She
indicated that her sons have been busy cleaning up the debris pile and will
continue to provide updates.She also indicated that the fence may actually be on
her neighbor's property and his responsibility to repair.Will send out a code
compliance notice to the neighboring property.regarding the fence.

Catalyst non-profit(phone:513-259-4345)agreed to assist with the fence repair
and provide a letter of intent to do so.They plan to complete the repair next spring.
Mike agreed to speak with the home owner to make arrangements for the
immediate removal of the debris pile and to take steps to preserve the existing
fence until the repair can be completed.
