City of Tigard Attn: Ken Ross Re: Compliance complaint record HCC 2021-00041 10445 SW 67th Ave, Tigard, Or 97223 Hello, I am Sheri Faulkner-Wilson and wanted to respond to your severe list of allegations against my property. Under the freedom of information act, I would like a copy of the complaint including who submitted it to the city. Yes, I did have a water line break under my house. It was brought to my attention via the water company. The water company just told me to fix it but did not mention anything about needing to get a permit. So yes - I did have water pumped out from under the house but, it was not sewage. There was not standing water creating a breeding ground for insects and/or rodents. I was under the impression that clear water run off was acceptable to drain it into the stormwater system. As far as my sewer line is concerned I was having to snake out tree roots. I had my son dig around the pipe to remove any roots and confirm that I did NOT have a break in my sewer line. The roots are creeping in via the pipe connecters. I wasn't aware that checking your pipes required a permit. I have not dumped any chemicals, solvents, or fluids other than clear water from under my home, or when we partially drain and clean our fish pond into our garden beds. Am I not allowed to use my pond water to fertilize my roses? I bought this house in 1993 with the stove already there—what control over that do I have? I have gotten permits in the past for any electrical and/or mechanical work when needed. As far as vehicles,we own them and they all run. Slashed tires is the only thing wrong with them. Lastly, I am ill- I have severe COPD and live on oxygen and am mainly home bound. 1
