HI Ken,
I have read the response from Sheri. Her house has a fireplace in the living room. There was a furnace in the
garage. that furnace was removed. her son and nephew, according to sheri, made their own wood stove etc... This was
not a secret.
regarding the vehicles... two cars have been removed. The old blue truck on the side by the driveway has been sitting
for over 15yrs and was used as the trash receptacle. The other pickup truck closest to the street has been sitting for
nearly two years. tires are slashed (welcome to my neighborhood) however the owner of said truck has made no
attempt to fix or move or drive it. Rather purchase two other vehicles.
it would appear that the subaru is now running as it has been moved.
Regarding the water issue.... what I wrote to you was based on what Sheri and her son told me and my neighbor about
the leak. The black sludge that ran down the street and collected in my neighbors driveway was NOT clear running
water. However, at this time there is no seepage from the drain.
regarding the rodents.... when one does not throw anything away in 20+years, does not have trash service, that spoke
numerous times about the rat problem both inside, under and around the house...to note that both Tevis and Sheri
would comment on watching them on the numerous surveillance cameras attached to the house.
The "fish pond" has been stagnant at times creating a breeding ground.
regarding the disposal and run off of chemicals...Tevis has been "working" on cars under a canopy in the driveway with
a drain that drains to COT sewer. Again, when one does not have proper disposal of trash and such, I have no doubt that
any care has been taken regarding the environment.
Ken, at this writing I/we the neighbors are grateful for the effort that is taking place at this house. The mere fact that a
full sized dump truck has made numerous dumps and there is still more to be done certainly justifies my complaints. I
do not want a war with these people. Clearly a message has been received and they are making an effort. which is all
we can hope for.

Additionally there is an agreement verbally to finish clearing by the fence that butts up to 6804 and the owner of 6804
will pay for new fencing. He has been unable to deal with this issue until this time. so, it is good!
I am going to send you a few pics in a separate email that shows the two trucks that are sitting.
Is Sheri aware that I filed these complaints? I have been concerned about retribution given their history.
Most Sincerely,
Margaret O'Brien

Hi Margaret,
We received the following response from the property owner regarding your code compliance request:
Yes, 1 did have a water line break under my house. It was brought to my attention via the water company. The
water company just told me to fix it but did not mention anything about needing to get a permit. So yes-I did
have water pumped out from under the house but, it was not sewage. There was not standing water creating a
breeding ground for insects and/or rodents. I was under the impression that clear water run off was acceptable
to drain it into the storm water system.
As far as my sewer line is concerned I was having to snake out tree roots. I had my son dig around the pipe to
remove any roots and confirm that 1 did NOT have a break in my sewer line. The roots are creeping in via the
pipe connecters. I wasn't aware that checking your pipes required a permit. 1 have not dumped any chemicals,
solvents, or fluids other than clear water from under my home, or when we partially drain and clean our fish
pond into our garden beds.Am I not allowed to use my pond water to fertilize my roses?
I bought this house in 1993 with the stove already there—what control over that do I have?
I have gotten permits in the past for any electrical and/or mechanical work when needed.
As far as vehicles, we own them and they all run. Slashed tires is the only thing wrong with them.
Please provide supporting information, details and photos which demonstrate lack of compliance at the reported
property.
