Regarding: Code Compliance No. NCC2025-00115
This letter is in response to a complaint regarding my property at 11465 SW 116'h Terrace,
Tigard, OR 97224.
Specifically, as to the alleged violations:
• My property is not, and has not been, in violation of Tigard Municipal Code as cited in
your letter of May 21, 2025.
• There is no, and has not been, any open storage of dog feces, animal waste or anything
on my property that would create offensive odor or a breeding ground for insects and
rodents.
Enclosed are photographs to document the conditions of my property. These represent not only
the current conditions but also the past and ongoing conditions.
I welcome an onsite inspection by the City of Tigard at any time to confirm my response and the
conditions of my property.
