A records request was submitted June 16th and we have still not recieved the records - any update on status? i June 28, 2025 City of Tigard 13125 SW Hall Blvd Tigard, OR 97223 Re: Code Compliance Record Number: NCCC2025-00129 Dear City of Tigard, Please accept this as formal response to the above mentioned Code Compliance complaint that was filed on June 11, 2025. Below is the reported violations along with the response to each violation cited. 10.16.085- Blocking Street and Hindering Traffic Prohibited:This is not occurring in a fashion we control. 6.02.260—Unauthorized Deposits Prohibited: No waste is deposited on the property willingly. Deposits made by others are outside of our control. 6.02.230—Scattering Rubbish: Same as above no rubbish, trash, debris, refuse, or other substances are deposited on the property willingly. Rubbish scattered by others would be outside of our control. 6.02.250—Offensive Waste Prohibited: There is no offensive waste present on the property. 6.02.010—Nuisances Affecting the Public Health (B, E, H):There is no nuisances maintained on the property, nor is livestock housed. 6.02.150—Insects and Rodents:There is no storage of any materials which would attract or propagate insects or rodents on the property.The tenants located at 8918 SW Gravenstein do not have garbage pickup and as a family of 4, refuse most likely is stored on the property that will attract insects and/or rodents. 6.02.410—Prohibition on Excessive Noise:There are no noises perpetrated on the property that would be considered excessive noise. 6.02.430—Noise Limits (A, B, C, D, E):There are no noises perpetrated on the property which would be considered in excess, inappropriate, or outside of time restricted hours. 6.02.440—Prohibited Noises:There are no animals kept on the property which would be considered in excess of the levels identified. 1.16.600 Continuous Infractions:There are no infractions which have remained unresolved,that we as property owners have been notified of,which would be considered continuous. As outlined,there are no violations on the property and not clear on the intent behind this compliant. In reference to the paragraph listed that refers to ongoing violations,these have all been addressed and responded. The suggestion of ongoing violations is inaccurate and disparaging. We are not going to further address the childish games that appear to be occurring within this neighborhood. We maintain an appropriate home and to continue to foster socially driven reports are disappointing. Sean & Michelle Taylor
