Good morning Ken. That appears to be grass clippings but I will check into it today and reply as soon as
possible. I am currently not at home but my granddaughter will be there later today.
For some additional information and context, the fence in that spot is not in good shape and hasn't been
for years. It's a joint fence on the side between our properties. They have a storage shed that backs up
against it. I offered to replace that section a few years ago and split the cost with the neighbor when I
replaced the back fence in my yard, but they declined.
