TTSD/Church Burglary Suspect Identified, Charges Pending
The suspect in at least half a dozen burglaries at a Tigard-Tualatin School District
building and a local church has been identified and will be facing several charges in
connection with the investigation.
About 6:50AM on Saturday, March 1, 2025, patrol officers arrested Alexander Bradley,
age 38, on several outstanding warrants near SW Durham Road & SW 92nd Avenue. He
initially gave officers a fake name, and methamphetamine was recovered during the
arrest. He was taken to the Washington County jail on the arrest warrants as well as
charges of giving false information to police and possession of a controlled substance
— methamphetamine.
While jail deputies were searching Bradley as part of the booking process, he took off
an outer sweatshirt. Underneath that layer, he was wearing a distinctive sweatshirt
that Tigard Police officers recognized from photos of the suspect in the TTSD/church
burglary investigation. (Read previous releases on the burglaries here.) Through
further investigation, officers were able to confirm Bradley as the suspect in at least
half a dozen burglaries over the last several months at the TTSD Caring Closet campus
and Christ the King Lutheran Church on SW Bull Mountain Road.
This is a significant step forward in a very long investigation, which was made possible
thanks to information sharing and collaboration between the Tigard Police Crime
Analyst, patrol officers on the graveyard shift, Community Oriented Policing officers
and the Tigard-Tualatin School District.
"Our staff members are grateful for how Tigard police officers persevered to make this
a safer space and ensure that services can continue going to those who need them
most," said Alex Pulaski, the Tigard-Tualatin School District's interim communications
director.
