The City of Tigard tries to make all reasonable modifications to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal

January 8, 2025
Members Present: Sarah Erickson, John Goodhouse (Alternate), JoJo Keating, Patty Lofgren,
Sarah Serata, Elise Shearer, Chris Sjolin, and Gabe Velasquez (Chair).
Members Absent: Alvin Bautista, Arlie Peyton, and Bob Tomasovic (Vice Chair).
Staff Present: Redevelopment Project Manager Sean Farrelly, Project Manager Windol Cador, and
Sr. Administrative Specialist Joe Patton.
Others Present: TCAC Council Liaison Council President Yi-Kang Hu.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Velasquez called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. The meeting was held in Town Hall with a
hybrid MS Teams option.
2. CONSIDER MINUTES
The December 11, 2024, TCAC Minutes were unanimously approved.

6. PROJECT UPDATES
Sean briefly reviewed the updates included with the Agenda.
7. TCAC LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR 72ND AVE RAISE GRANT
Sean presented a letter of support for the 72nd Avenue RAISE Grant. Commissioners asked for the
letter to include streetlights, and Sean will confirm the development numbers contained in it.
Commissioners unanimously agreed to authorize the Chair to sign the letter.
8. LIAISON REPORTS
A. Gabe noted the legislature will convene on January 21, 2025.
9. NON-AGENDA ITEMS
A. Sean introduced Windol Cador, the new Project Manager.
10. NOMINATIONS AND OFFICER ELECTIONS
No further nominations were made. Commissioner Velasquez was unanimously reelected as Chair
and Commissioner Tomasovic was unanimously reelected Vice Chair.

Vision As a commission and through our TIF districts, we will enable, encourage and support
redevelopment with the goal of creating an equitable community that is walkable, healthy,
and accessible for everyone by all modes of transportation.

report on pertinent studies, such as the Red Rock Creek Trail Study, and legislative actions
