The above fees can be paid online through our website: https://aca.accela.com/TIGARD/Default.aspx. From there, click
on the Building tab, enter the permit numbers in the Record Number field, and click Search. Once paid, please notify us
at tigardbuildingpermits@tigard-or.gov so that we may issue these permits and email you the permit
paperwork. Furthermore, the permit fees for both permits will need to be paid before we can issue either of
them. Please let me know if you have questions.

After reviewing the Commercial Fixture Work section on the second page of the Plumbing Permit Application, it
appears these totals do not match the plumbing fixture totals on the first page of the application. I'm thinking you may
have added the floor sink in with the sinks for a total of(4) sinks, but the Commercial Fixture Work section lists (3)
sinks. Please confirm that you are installing(1) new 2" floor drain and (3) sinks. Each of these items have separate
categories on the front page of the application.
