During our pre-construction meeting nearly two weeks ago, we discussed both on and off site improvements.We were told we would have the approved PFI plans by the end of the day. 4 The contractor has his crew scheduled to begin on 5/3, which was determined after sharing our preliminary schedule during the pre-construction meeting. Rescheduling has significant time and cost implications. Receiving news that the BUP and SIT permits haven't been reviewed is concerning and contradicts what we have been told. Can we please get an update regarding any outstanding items for each of the associated permits?We have not received comments regarding the BUP or SIT permits, and are in the dark regarding the progress of their review. We also need approval or direction on the ROW lighting. Here is the latest comment we received: "The second solution, GCL1-80G 2R is closest to meeting City standards for lighting along the frontage of the proposed development for Dutch Brothers on HWY99." Are there standards that we need to update to comply with? Or can we proceed with the design submitted? If an itemized list via email isn't an option, please let us know when we can set up a conference call to discuss what is needed to obtain permits and break ground. Thanks! Prior to commencing any site work, the applicant must submit a revised plan showing the following: a. private utilities meet the location and screening standards of Subsections 18.320.040.D;and b. the stortnwater facility outside of the S-3 screen;and c. a sight-obscuring fence or wall located along the perimeter of the site where the S-3 screen is required. The site plan submitted with the site work permit (Sheet C103) does show the S-3 width (item b). Please update sheet C103 to show: - show location of private utilities and transformers (cannot be located with 20 feet of street) - a new fence along the property line where the S-3 screen in required (rear and portion of north property line). Send this updated sheet to me electronically but I also need the updated sheet C103 to replace in the site work permit submittal (once updated please print and drop off, I will incorporate into site work permit). 7. Prior to commencing any site work, the applicant must submit a revised urban forestry plan including: a. supplement report and tree canopy plan that includes the existing tree;and b. tree canopy plan that meets the spacing standards within the S-3 screen. Maximum illumination levels are measured vertically at the property line. The maximum illumination is 0.5 footcandles at side and rear property lines, except that the maximum illumination may be increased to 1.0 footcandle where the development abuts a commercial or industrial zone.
