I have reduced the valuation to$22,948. The plan review fee based on this amount is$275.29, and I have attached an
invoice above for reference. This fee can be paid online now at https://aca-prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by
searching for the permit record number BUP2023-00077 under the Building tab.There is a 3%service fee for credit
cards, but e-checks do not have a service fee.
Once paid, please reply to this email so that I may route the permit for plan review.

Hi Heath,
I spoke with our Building Official regarding the Tigard Senior Housing solar photovoltaic permit submittal
thatxvereceivedtoday—specificaUyabouttheva|uation. He mentioned that Building Code says that
specialized equipment,such as the solar panels, can be omitted from the valuation. So, if the solar
panels were included in the $47,752.40 valuation,you can go ahead and omit them to bring down the
permit fees.
Since plan review is required,we will invoice the plan review for payment after we receive the new
valuation. The plan review payment can be made online with a credit card or e-check to avoid the three
percent credit card fee.
