Branden,
Lets have suite 105 on Tuesday October 23rd and 115 on Thursday October 25th.
The extent of the work is to modify interior office walls to demise a space into two suites. Remove existing
interior walls and doors and add new walls and doors for new tenant layout and provide cabinets and sink at
each suite.
Kronos will be occupying suite 105. They are an existing tenant in the building. Suite 115 will be vacant until
the owner can lease the space.
