We appreciate your dedication to maintaining neighborhood livability in Tigard. At this time, the property owner/occupant at 11852 SW PACIFIC HWY, TIGARD, OR 97223 has been notified and given 20 calendar days from the date of the letter to correct the problem. If the problem persists beyond this timeframe, please contact us at codecompliance©tigard-or.gov and reference record number DCC2023-00045. The city has limited staff resources and is unable to investigate every complaint or to do field inspections.
