on the Building tab, enter the permit numbers in the Record Number field, and click Search. Once paid online, please
notify us at tigardbuildingpermits@tigard-or.gov,and I will issue these permits and place them in our open Permit
Center conference room for someone to pick up between the hours of 8:00 a.m.and 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Thursday. We are closed on Fridays. Furthermore,the permit fees for both permits will need to be paid before we can
issue either of them, and we will also need the plumbing contractor's license information prior to issuance. Please let

Updated Mech/ Plumb applications with revised scope of work. *see attached.
Mechanical Scope: Adding 2 new ceiling Exhaust Fans, redistribution of ductwork and diffusers/grilles to match
new floor layout. Existing RTU's to remain.
Plumbing Scope: Adding 2 unisex restrooms, each with a lavatory, water closet and instantaneous water
heater. Adding a new sink in coffee bar area.
A General Contractor has not been selected for this project yet.
Electrical will be handled by future Contractor.
Please recycle unused plans.

information as your previous submittals. Please see below:
Electrical:
• We received plans to review with the Electrical Permit Application; however, plan review may not be
required. The plan review box in the upper right hand corner of the application lists the plan review criteria. If
one of these criteria are met, then plan review is required. If plan review is not required,then your electrical
contractor will need to create this permit online through our website: https://aca-
prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx. If plan review is needed, then the application will need to be revised
and the fee schedule completed. Also, please let us know if you would like the plans back, or if you would prefer
that we recycle them.
• If plan review is required, please revise the Description of Work section on the application and also include the

• If plan review is required, a Supervising Electrician's signature will be required on the application prior to permit
issuance.
